Detroit native Jalen Rose was on the B.S. Report with Bill Simmons last week and, as Rose always is in that format, he was highly entertaining. You can listen to the podcast here.

Around the 17 minute mark, Rose talks about the Fab Five at Michigan and says the concept of forming a ‘super team’ like LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh did with the Miami Heat is nothing new. Rose says that’s exactly what the Fab Five did (interestingly, Juwan Howard was a member of both of those ‘super teams’). He also talks about the continued strained relationship between Chris Webber and the other four Fab Fivers.

Rose and Simmons, along with Michael Wilbon and another Michigander, Magic Johnson, will form the new studio foursome on ESPN’s NBA Pregame show this season. Webber recently teamed up with a famous director to start his own production company.
