UPDATE: Thanks to Paul Kampe of the Oakland Press, I’ve added a few more Oakland dates that I neglected.

College basketball schedules are slowly but surely being released (Oakland is the only in-state Mid-Major that is yet to release its schedule), and there will be several can’t miss games on the Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Western Michigan, University of Detroit and Oakland schedules this season. Here’s a rundown:

  • Detroit at St. Johns, Nov. 13
  • Western Michigan at South Florida, Nov. 16
  • Oakland at Michigan State, Nov. 23
  • Oakland at Western Michigan, Dec. 1
  • Eastern Michigan at Syracuse, Dec. 3
  • Oakland at West Virginia, Dec. 19
  • Eastern Michigan at Michigan, Dec. 20
  • Oakland at Eastern Michigan, Dec. 22
  • Central Michigan at Michigan, Dec. 29
  • Western Michigan at NC State, Dec. 29
  • Eastern Michigan at Kentucky, Jan. 2
  • Oakland vs. Pitt, TBA

Oakland notoriously always plays a tough non-conference schedule, so expect another big name team or two to be added to that list once that full schedule is release.
