Two more players with Michigan ties will be teammates when the NBA Summer League gets going this month as Manny Harris, a former Michigan and Detroit Redford star who was recently released by the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Eli Holman, a University of Detroit standout, have been added to the Houston Rockets summer roster. Olu Famutimi, a former McDonald’s All-American from Flint Northwestern, is on Milwaukee’s roster. Oakland‘s Keith Benson is with the Atlanta Hawks.

All are non-roster players, and thus free to sign with any team that is impressed with them during summer play.

Former Michigan players Darius Morris (Lakers) and Courtney Sims (Grizzlies) are also on summer rosters and I’ve previously reported on Dar Tucker and Draymond Green playing with the Warriors and Reggie Hamilton playing with the Pacers.

Here is the schedule for games on NBA TV. Also, if you know of a player from the state playing summer league who I’ve missed, drop a line in the comments.
