Draymond Green watching NBA Draft in Saginaw tonight

Former Michigan State and Saginaw High standout Draymond Green is likely a first round pick in tonight’s NBA Draft. Joel Feick of NBC 25 news caught up with Green on his big day:
Former Michigan State basketball star Draymond Green will host a private NBA Draft Viewing Party tonight at 7 at the Dow Event Center.
Green, recently named Big Ten National Male Athlete of the Year, will be joined by family and close friends during the event to be held in his hometown of Saginaw.
“My athletic career is a culmination of many years of hard work and dedication,” says Draymond Green. “I have always dreamed of this day. Everything that I have hoped and dreamed for is now moments away,” says Green. “Many have said that I would never make it this far, but I’ve always held on to what my grandmother often told me, that all things are possible to those that believe.” “Today I believe,” says Green.
